Our Story
The Night
House
I · Origin
Born from the conviction that evening is when dining becomes ceremony.
Casa de la Noche was never meant to be a restaurant in the conventional sense. It began as an idea shared over a long dinner — that the finest meals deserve the unhurried rhythm of night, when the city quiets and a table becomes a world of its own.
We open once a week. Twenty-five guests. Five courses composed fresh for each evening. Nothing repeats. Every Friday is its own distinct experience, shaped by season, by intuition, and by the produce that arrived that morning.
"We do not serve dinner. We compose an evening."
— The Kitchen
II · The Experience
Five courses. One price. No choices required.
The Menu
Our tasting menu changes weekly. Guests receive no printed menu in advance — the evening unfolds as a sequence of surprises, each course announced by the kitchen.
The Table
We host up to twenty-five guests across a single intimate dining room — the full evening is yours, a two-hour duration from start to finish. There is no second turn, no hurry.
The Wine
A sommelier-curated pairing is available for each course — or guests may choose from our cellar. We believe wine is the one element that changes the same dish entirely.
III · Philosophy
Restraint is a form of luxury.
We believe the finest kitchens are defined not by what they include, but by what they leave out. Every element on the plate has earned its place. Every technique serves the ingredient, never the other way around.
Our suppliers are known by name. Most of what arrives in our kitchen was growing or swimming within forty-eight hours of reaching your table. The night sky does not rush — and neither do we.
